LS Appraisal Services was established in January of 2001 by Lucas P. Still, a general certified appraiser. Since that time our company has grown, and our range of services has expanded to include both commercial and residential property types. We have different appraisers that specialize in different segments of the market and market areas, providing specialized experience for each assignment type.
