Lucas P. Still, the founder and owner of LS Appraisal Services. Luke started training as a residential appraiser in 1993 before attending the University of Oregon and obtaining a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance. Luke is a second generation appraiser. Luke is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute currently working towards an MAI designation. Luke specializes in SFR subdivision appraisals, market studies and consulting services. Luke also has extensive experience with retail strip malls, office properties and all types of vacant land. |

Garrett Steele |

Garrett started at LS Appraisal in 2007 and specializes in commercial real estate appraisal. Garrett moved from Michigan to Las Vegas before starting to work and live in Lake Havasu City. Garrett brings over 10 years of certified experience to our firm. |

Brandon is a certified residential appraiser who joined LS Appraisal services in January of 2008 after 5 years of appraising in the phoenix area. |

Eileen has a long history in the real estate and appraisal business. Eileen serves as an assistant to the commercial appraisers by organizing information and helping format reports. |

Aaron is Luke’s younger brother and a proud graduate of Oregon State University. Aaron has been working as a residential appraiser since 2003 and brings a very dedicated approach to the appraisal business. Aaron has specialized experience in appraising complex residential properties, custom homes and special use properties. |
